| The Beverly Breast Cancer walk has become one of Chicago’s most celebrated and locally impactful breast cancer fundraising events. What started as a small group of 30 walkers in 2000 has blossomed to include over 14,000 annual participants. To date, the event has raised over $6 million to support patients and their families in the fight against breast cancer.
This year was extra special as the BBCW celebrated 20 years of service to the community. Thousands of walkers, volunteers and community members came out to show their support. The walk is a testament to the hometown pride of Beverly as it honors those impacted by the disease. We wanted to thank everyone who stopped by the HomeBase Land Yacht, it is an honor to be a part of this event each year. Our team is always touched by the outpouring of support and generosity we see each year from the BBCW community. |
